I have recently been subject to an error message advising that a message or messages in my outbox could not be sent. Several different reasons. O.K. My question and problem is that I cannot clear either the messages in the outbox or the error message. I have been unable to clear unsent messages in the outbox. Finally went to find and searched for recipient name. Message came up and I was able to delete and resend. This was the first time that I have been able to successfully use the find function. Maybe this will help another as challenged as I. |
