Hi. I hope someone here can help me.

I had to reinstall my MacOS due to a fatal crash. After I did this, it
had replaced my Outlook Express files and I've lost all of my account
information, emails, addresses.... everything!!

Can anyone suggest where I can find these??? I called "Customer
support" which said they offer NO SUPPORT on Mac products!

TIA

This will depend on how "fatal" the crash was, and how you reinstalled the
OS.  Do you still have a folder on your HD called "Identities" that contains
sizeable Messages and Database files?  If so, you may be in luck.  If not,
your data is gone.  Some more information about the set up of the Identities
folder can be found on my site here...
