Go to <http://www.scriptbuilders.net/> and search for "address book" in the
text field. I did this and found a few useful OE 5 items on page 3 of the
search results...
1) Address Book List (OE) 1.2 by Paul Berkowitz
" This script will print out an alphabetical list of all contacts from your
Outlook Express Address Book. More detailed information is available in the
ReadMe."
2) Contact Sheets (OE) 1.0 by Paul Berkowitz
" This script will print out a fully detailed set of information sheets on
any OE Contact, or several Contacts, which you select (click to highlight)
in the Address Book."
3) Export Contacts OE-Win 1.0.1 by Paul Berkowitz
" Outlook Express for Macintosh cannot export contacts to Outlook Express
Windows. The script enables you to export and import single or multiple
contacts, groups, or your entire Address Book, to and from Outlook Express
5.5 for Windows, with little effort."
4) Export Selected Contacts OE-OE 1.0 by Paul Berkowitz
" Outlook Express facilitates exporting and importing entire Address Books,
but not individual contacts or several contacts at once. This script enables
you to export single or multiple contacts, or even entire groups, easily -
either to another OE 5 user (via email, Zip or floppy disks) or simply from
one of your Identities to another."
5) Mailing List Last Name (OE) 1.0 by Paul Berkowitz
" When Outlook Express makes a contact entry for a mailing list, it
annoyingly puts the first word as a "first name" and the rest of it as a
"last name", and alphabetizes it according to this spurious "last name" in
the Address Book. This makes it impossible to find if you're ever looking
for it in the Address Book. This script overcomes this."
6) Sort by Field (OE) 1.0 by Paul Berkowitz
" Sort by Field allows you to sort your address book by virtually any of the
contact fields that are not available as sortable columns in the main
address book page."
Three cheers for Paul Berkowitz then... and I hope that some of the above
are useful! :-P

Ricky
