Hello,
I am hoping some one has a suggestion so I can send a message and some files
to an apparent unknown recipient.  I sent a message with the recipient's
address typed correctly and OE said the serve did not recognize the
recipient.  I have confirmed that the address is correct, both verbally and
through an email sent by the recipient to me.  I have tried replying to that
message and still the message does not go out.  Any ideas are welcome.
Thanks, -Angelo

Perhaps you have a corrupt address book entry for that person?  Have you
tried removing it and then giving it another whirl?

There could be some other unlikely reasons for this to occur - ultimately
this can lead to the need for a whole new Identity, which is a pain, but
which would almost certainly resolve the problem.
