Help! Can't empty my trash can

Hello
I'm running on 10.3.8 and I can't empty my trash can anymore. It says some
'.htm' files are locked and cannot be trashed. I remeber an old 'the bug' on
os 9, but never heard of such a thing on os X.

Any clue

hold down "alt" when you empty the trash
