I like to use Firefox as my internet browser.  But when I have Firefox open,
I can¹t seem to drag in any other program.  Especially iTunes and Finder.
I¹m not able to drag anything, until I quit Firefox.  Any ideas?

Although this has nothing to do with anything Microsoft I can say that I
have no such problem with Firefox here. Make sure you have everything
updated & repair disk permissions... And restart your Mac every now & then.

Other than that you'll need to contact Firefox/Mozilla:
