I've been using the 2004 Office Suite for a little under a year and so far it has worked perfectly. Recently, I tried to log on to my MSN Messenger and I was not able to, I have been trying for the last week or so but still to no avail. I then reinstalled the whole suite (yes I know now it was stupid) but it still doesn't work. And worse, I cannot open Entourage, it says "The Identity cannot be opened with this version of Entourage", I think this means I have to reinstall all my updates, but I don't know which ones I have to reinstall? You can update Office from the Help menu in any Office application. FYI, this newsgroup has been deprecated and replaced with microsoft.public.mac.office.entourage.
