I am a new convert to Mac. I want to have all my data (including archived
emails, contacts, and calendar) showing up in the Mail and iCalendar etc. on
the Mac. In Windows I would export a .pst file and open that on the new
computer. Is there a way to do this when migrating from Windows to MAC?
I'm afraid you've found your way into a group for MS product on the Mac.
Neither Mail nor iCal are MS Products but you may find the answers you need
in the Apple Discussions forums. Start here:

If you decide to use Entourage instead or have any need for assistance with
other Office:Mac software please don't hesitate to return. You may also find
the following site helpful if you do use Office:

That site also provides links to the appropriate COMMUNITIES so you can post
your questions to the respective group... This one isn't very active as you
can see;)

Mark-
I recently came across a program called Emailchemy. It claims to be
capable of converting .pst files to match other mail programs.
I tried the demo version of Emailchemy on an old .pst file from when I
used Outlook on a Macintosh at work. I had simply renamed the original
file by adding the .pst suffix. Emailchemy was told it was from the
Windows version of Outlook, and it translated the file successfully. If
I was serious about converting .pst files, I would purchase the program.
If you are interested, look up Emailchemy at www.versiontracker.com.

I used Outlook to Mac but I think it's now called MessageSave, since I can't
find Outlook to Mac. The product was a Windows based app that would first
export all your mail folders, then allow you to import them into either the
Mac email client or Entourage. It worked fine for me.

Also the Apple Support Forums list this.

PST Import Tool for Entourage.
I don't know about the iCalendar stuff, you might have to export to an
intermediary, like Google Calendar. I've gone to that because people can
subscribe to it, while Entourage apparently doesn't have that feature in the
current version. I could be wrong though.
