If a site has been created in Dreamweaver or CSS2 in BBedit, can it be
converted easily to Front Page for the client to make their updates?

I have never used Front Page so I can't answer your question.

But this weekend I did download Microsoft's new web development software
called Expression Web Designer.  And I am currently importing a few sites
from my MacPro OS X 10.49 which used Dreamweaver to my Alienware Vista
Ultimate which is using the trial version of Expression Web.  I have had no
problems using Expression Web with Dreamweaver html files.

Front Page has been replaced by Expression Web, so if you don't have to use
Front Page, you may want to give it a try.
