Detect spector software

I think that Spector software may have been installed on my mac sys 10.4.8.
Does anyone know what files I need to loook for to find out? I assume that
they would show up if I startup off of another drive. Thanks!

Do you mean spyware or some other malware? There are no known examples
of any of them in circulation for Mac OS X.

it's a 99 dollar program that records
everything you do on the computer even passwords and usernames so that
wife or employer can check what you're doing
