Hi all,

I'm running MacOS 10.3.1 and I just downloaded and installed Netscape
7.1, (don't know if this is the right newsgroup for that matter), to use
as a newsreader and it works fine, except for one little bug, (with two
instances).  When entering a search string in the 'Subject or Sender
contains:' text field, keypresses 'w' and 'k' are interpreted as the
'watch' and 'ignore' thread commands, and consequently cannot be entered
as part of the search string!
Anyone know of a workaround for this?

Not so for TB 0.3 (and probably Moz 1.5 (i686 Linux).  Netscape 7.1 is
based on Mozilla 1.4.  Try Mozilla 1.5--it may be fixed for you.

But first check out comp.sys.mac.system--seems I read
over there recently of some serious problem with Moz 1.5
on Panther.  Can't remember the details, but I remember
it made me decide not to upgrade Mozilla.

Why not just suggest Mozilla 1.4.1 then? As it is kinda of an upgrade to
Netscape 7.1
