Very slow CSS performance

I can not found any bug related to very slow performance on some CSS
stuff on MacOs X platform. Try the URL below and scroll the page when
using "Gold (right fixed) + navbar" style sheet :
http://www.w3.org/Style/CSS/

Is it part of a more general bug ? It may be possible because the top of
the page have a weird behavior when scrolling.

Windows build do not seem to suffer from this annoying bug.

"maybe".  You'd need to find someone who's familiar with painting on
MacOS to tell for sure.  Unfortunately, such people seem few and far
between.

This is because it was explicitly fixed in the Windows painting
implementation at some point.
