No menu bar in mac build

Pulled the code yesterday (Sunday Nov 2) and did a debug build, with
crypto, no mailnews. When the build came up, there are no menus other
than the Apple and Mozilla menus ( no "File", "Edit", "View", etc.).
Can anyone else confirm this? I get several errors and assertions on
the console, but I can't tell how many of them are new, and none of them
stand out as the cause of this menu bug...

I just noticed this myself. Also, the scrollbars are not working
properly (i.e. clicking on them moves the scrollbar, but doesn't scroll
the page.)

See bug 224349... I'm still trying to puzzle this out precisely, but it
looks like we're trying to load xpt files before we've created the
xptziploader...

Both of these issues have now been fixed. I believe the they were fixed
in CVS on Sunday or Monday of this week.
