Getting crash when searching bookmarks.
Tried new profile, search works only during that new session, next
restart > crash.
Then I found this :
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=207636#c143
Anybody please enlighten me, what to do to get search bookmarks working,
thank you
and best regards

I have it working, even after several restarts...still works.
The solution ( for me ) was :
I realised that upon closing the user profile>default user folder
changes contents...the state gets written .
Then I realised the bookmarksfile I want to use didn't contain the
'default' folders like when a new profile is set up,
from that bookmarksfile I created a new bookmark40.html file, that
contains the default folders to:
I pointed the 'non working' bookmarkmanager to the bookmark.html file of
the 'working' profile, so I got a default bookmarkfile linked up,
then imported the new bookmark40.html file, and now I have it working...
In the > profile > user folder > xxxxxx.slt folder I have now a
bookmarks.html, size 4k,
and my bigger bookmarks40.html, about 400k in size.
Don't know if this is like it should look like when using imported
bookmarks, nut it works.
Please tell me if I should 'make any cosmetic changes' so that upgrading
in the future will work.
Thank you and hopefully this will help somebody else

Best

Klaus
