Does anyone know if there is a file, or library, installed with Mozilla
and Netscape that handles data that is to be sent to the Mac OSX printer
dialog?
I ask because a friend with a MacOSX, running Tiger, says that after he
installed Mozilla he found that the print function ceased to work, but
only in Netscape and Mozilla apps. He says that his print function
works fine with All other apps he's tried. He's tried all the usual
uninstall/reinstall procedures, but to no avail.
I can't help much because I work out of a Windows box, however in
general, it sounds to me as if the program that formats and sends
Mozilla/Netscape's print data to the Mac print function has broken.
Perhaps, if that is handled by a separate file, and it was replaced by a
working copy, his problem would be solved.
Anyone out there know what might be going on?

On our OSX machine, Mozilla abends every time we click on a PDF. :(
Safari will open the PDF in Preview, no problem. Dunno what Moz's
problem is.

Malcom,
Thanks for replying.
"Abends" .... not sure what that means, but it doesn't sound good. I
presume you are saying that you can't print from Mozilla using your OSX
machine either.
Can anyone out there get Firefox, Thunderbird, or Mozilla Suite to print
using OSX Tiger? How about Netscape??? Anyone out there, who might
also have Netscape 7.2 for the Mac, able to get it to print using OSX
Tiger?
Thanks,
Jonathan
