For news, you should not need anything except subscribing to the same
newsgroups as every news is stored on the server.

For mail, I do not know enough about Entourage to see if there is any
way to export Entourage mailbox into a text format as managed by Mozilla.

If you use IMAP mailbox only, again, there is nothing to be done as the
mail is stored on the server.

If you have some mails stored locally or you are using POP3 here is a
little trick (you need a broadband connection or better a local mail
server).

Setup new IMAP mailbox on your usual mail server or on a local mail
server. Move your mail folders into the IMAP account

Open Mozilla at the same time, connect it to this new IMAP mailbox and
move the uploaded mail (which sould appear) into your local folders.

Hope it helps.
