Hello

I'm having some troubles with the startup of Mozilla 1.51 and Firebird
0.71 on OSX 10.3.2 German Version.

On OSX 10.2.x everything worked perfectly.

Depending on the user I use, the startup time is normal or slow or
really slow. That happens to both, Mozilla and Firebird but not to
other applications.

User Admin
The startup is as used.

User B as admin
It takes about one minute until the browser windows appears.

User B with restriced rights
It takes at least three minutes until the browser windows appears!

Mozilla/Firebird is installed either with User B (as admin or
restricted, which asks for admin rights to install into applications).

I guess that could be a problem with rights which causes different
time outs, but I have no clue, how to fix it.

Any Ideas?
