Live Communications Server 2005 MAC Messenger problems

Hello all,

I have a Windows Live Communications Server 2005 and I have been
testing Mac Messenger.

Everytime I try and connect to the corporate server I seem to corrupt
the LCS2005 database.

Users can't logon, Users are seen as offline when online, both on my
Mac Messenger and on their
Windows Messenger 5.1.

I can connect fine from a Windows machine with Messenger 5.1 but not
from my Mac??

I have to then restore the LCS2005 database to get it back online.

Any ideas???

Thanks,

Rob

Hi Rob!

Are you using the latest version of Messenger for Mac? It's 6.0.1.

If your server's database is getting corrupt then I would believe it may
have bigger problems. A client shouldn't be able to bring down a server
unless the server itself has some problems. Is it fully up-to-date and
patched?
