That's all the (+) sign will do. To add a group go to Contact --> Add a Group.
Hope this helps! bill

Near the bottom of the menu, there is an item that allows you to "Add a Group".

If you look at the menu next to the little blue Apple you should see the name Messenger followed by the File | Edit | View | Network and then Contact menu.

GeneXus - 22 Nov 2006 05:22 GMT Hi Rebecca,
I'm not trying to be a PITA.. but I do not see the blue apple.. if you go to this page, and look at the image at the bottom.. its exaclty how I see mine..
http://www.microsoft.com/mac/default.aspx?pid=msnmessenger
LOOK AT THE IMAGE IN THIS SECTION
:Show Separate Contact List Windows Instead of having tabs for your Personal and Corporate accounts, Messenger now has a separate window for each account.
If I can email you an image just let me know.. this is driving me crazy....

Please also send a screenshot of your entire screen.
I am referring to the top of the screen where your Apple icon is for the actual mac, which is where the actual menus are for the application or any other application, if that helps.
