Does anyone know why MSN 6.0 on my Mac isn't showing/allowing audio or
video chats with a PC friend who also has MSN??? I just downloaded MSN
and can't even find an option anywhere (in the toolbar, under
preferences, etc.) for audio or video chats....

That's quite right, the mac version doesn't have any AV capabilities - a
sore point for many people.
