Hi Bob,

From what I can gather you have launched Messenger either for the first time
with a new passport account?

When it asks you to click the add button, this should be located on the
toolbar at the top of your contacts window (the window you clicked the
sign-in) button on. Now depending on your version of Messenger the add button
may be hidden.

If you are using the latest version of Messenger from
http://www.microsoft.com/mac/default.aspx?pid=msnmessenger

Then I'd suggest you look at the buttons at the top of your contact list
window, you'll have the 3 standard buttons at the top left hand corner to
close, resize and minimize the window, however at the right hand side there
is an oblong button. Try clicking this button to see if a toolbar appears, if
it disappears then click the button again.

If by this point you still haven't managed to get the add button there, I'd
suggest you control-click on some blank space in the toolbar and select
Customize Toolbar from the Contextual Menu that appears and drag the default
set of buttons from the sheet that appears to your toolbar.

Hope this helps, however if you still cant get that working just leave

Hai! i totally cann't sign in the MSN Messenger! i'm using messenger
mac version 5.1.1,
Our server didn't blok any cahtting software. Just suddenly cann't log
in.

How i need to do?
