I am at my wits end. we bought a g5 and i loaded office:mac. When my kids tried to access msn hotmail, we are asked to download the new version of msn messenger -EVERYTIME. I have tried transfering the icon to applications to no avail. thanks for your consideration Firstly have you downloaded the new version? Secondly uninstall Messenger off your computer and then download the new one straight away, then install from there. Also make sure you do Microsoft update which you will find in Applications, it should install it for you in a package with Word etc.. Hope this helps!
