Always get Configuration Wizard

Hi,

Each time I start MSN Messenger, I get the Configuration Wizard, then I
configure the stuff, and everything goes well: connection, chat, ... and
especially I get no error message when changing prefs or quitting the
application.

Possible hint: there is no com.microsoft.Messenger.plist or whatever
other files created in <user>/Library/Preferences/Microsoft folder.

BTW, how can I write to MS support?

Thanks in advance,
Fred

Solved: for some reasson, the permissions of
<user>/Library/Preferences/Microsoft folder were wrong.

Apologies.

I didn't have the write permission on the
<user>/Library/Preferences/Microsoft folder. I thought it was me, but
from your question it might be MSN Messenger. The solution consists in
reestablishing the write permission for you on this folder, which you
access under the Finder by displaying Informations or Properties on this
folder.

Regards.
