Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Hi,
I have recently got Messenger:Mac to work with our OCS2007 server but have a strange issue.
When I first signed in and someone called me, I got a single burst of ringing then nothing. I could answer the call and everything was fine.
Every call after that I received no ringing tone at all.
If I went into the Preferences > Alerts and unchecked play sounds for alerts and clicked ok, then went back in and re-ticked play sounds for alerts then clicked on the sounds button and changed the ringing from Incoming 1 to Incoming 2 and saved, when someone called me again I received a single burst of ringing, but this is a little intermittent.
I thought maybe deleting the corporate preferences and restarting the client again but I do not know which preference file and its location to delete.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Gavin

Gavin,
I don't mean to high jack your thread but I was hoping you could give some insite on how you got your macs to work with you OCS server.
I am receiving an error about date and time or the digital certificate file being bad. Do you know what digital file you need to connect?
Thank you for your time.

Hi!
Deleting your preferences may help. To do this, please perform the
following:
1. Quit Mac Messenger.
2. Navigate to ~/Library/Preferences and delete the file
"com.microsoft.messenger.plist"
3. Navigate to ~/Documents/Microsoft User Data and delete the folder
"Messenger Corporate Data"
4. Restart Mac Messenger.
Please let me know if this helps.
