i cant download the msn 7 for mac?

if anyone knows if i can use webcam on mac messenger?

Unfortunately, Messenger only supports video for Corporate messaging, not
Windows Live (personal) messaging. Work on the video for the Windows Live
(personal) service is still under development.

You can use iChat with a free AOL Instant Messenger (AIM) account
<http://www.aim.com/>. You can then video chat with users on .Mac or AIM
using iChat.

I believe that Yahoo! Messenger supports video chat. Another option is
Skype <http://www.skype.com/>.
