Hi I'm a mac user and I just signed up for MSN Messenger. I've never
had MSN on my mac before so I'm not that familiar with it. But after
going through all the signing up process when I try to sign on it
tells me I can't because "service is not available or you may not be
connect to the internet" I know I'm connected so I don't know what's
wrong.

If anyone could help me with this it would be much appreciated!

Hi there. I'm sorry, I don't have any answers for you, in fact, I'm
having the same trouble. I've had MSN on my eMAC for two years without
any problems and then two weeks ago I got the same message. I've tried
searching for help on the internet but have only found people with the
same problem without any solutions. I'm hoping that your post will
bring out some answers.
