I've never heard of this problem. Can you compare fonts with each other and see if one of you is using something unusual? Also, do emoticons come through? You might check <http://www.versiontracker.com> for a font cache cleaner to make sure you don't have any corrupt font caches causing the problem. Hope this helps! bill  SignatureWilliam M.
