Hey there!

Often I copy something from a dokument to paste it into my Wordpress
blog. To prevent the formatted text to reappear in Wordpress, og paste
it first into TextEdit to unformat, and then copy paste again.

Does any of you guys know if there is a keyboard shortcut to paste the
text in the clipboard unformatted?

Hope I make myself clear :-)

Yes, you're clear, but there is no hidden shortcut for the keyboard, as
far as I know (except for the extra menu items you may already have in
the Edit menu).

I have heard that ALT + Apple + V sometimes act the way I talk about.
But only in specific programs.

Well. Guess there is no global function for this. Someone just told me
there was, so I hoped :-)

Well, a program can do what the programmer wants. If he wants to allow
pasting plain text, he can.

Well, if you really need a solution, I can make a program for this (for
free, of course).

Yes, some of us do know.

There are Apple scripts described in http://db.tidbits.com/article/9408
and http://db.tidbits.com/article/9503 which might do what you want.

Cheers,
