a couple days ago my daughter updated my son's Macbook Pro (dual core
2.0) with Mac OSX 10.4.10.  Since then when he tries to play Call of
Duty Deluxe the mouse pointer moves in a jerky, hesitating fashion
making the game unplayable.  The mouse (using either the touch pad or
a Logitech Trackman cordless) seems to work fine in Mac OSX itself and
a couple other apps I have tried.  Has anyone else seen something
similar with 10.4.10?

Aspyr responded to my request for help by saying the game isn't
supported on an Intel Mac.  Nothing helpful at all.  So I installed
CODD on to my daughter's Macbook Pro. Same identical configuration and
same updates as my sons and on her machine it works fine (except for
the already well known game errors on Intel Macs).  So anyone have any
idea what could be causing the problem, or should I just reinstall
OSX?  That seems extreme but this game is his primary use besides the
internet right now until he is back in school.

Seems a reboot fixed the problem.  Very strange that it only effected
Call of Duty.
