If the iPhone is actually /using/ the WiFi network, e.g. by watching a
video stream or downloading a big application, then no: there's no way
to limit how much of the WiFi bandwidth it can use. A basic WiFi
routerdoes not have bandwidth-management settings.
If your iPhone is just connecting to the WiFi and should not be
actively using the connection then something is wrong. It should not,
of its own accord, be hogging the bandwidth unless it has something to
do with it. Try turning off each Push and constant update feature as a
test to figureout which one is causing it to create so much traffic.
