The details really depend on the specific model (and should have been noted in the user manual) but at least in the case of my MacBook it's 1GB per slot.  Signature"Harry?" Open System Profiler (Apple menu, About This Mac, More Info) and check the model of MacBook you have. If it says 1,1, then it's 2GB, model 2,1 is 3GB (you can fit two 2GB sticks), if it's 3,1 or 4,1 you can fit 4GB. SignatureAndy Hewitt <http://web.me.com/andrewhewitt1/> |
