I just tried over 2 dozen cd's and cdr's and my imac won't read a
single one. I have to use the paperclip trick to even get the discs
out. Anyone know what could be the problem? This is a 2002 Imac. Could
it be "Old Age"?

Or dirty laser. I've brought back several with a kit. My current kit is DVD
from discwasher.
