You may, or may not, remember my aggro with the coloured printer paper
and duplex printing I was having.
Well, I got some 5 Star Office branded paper (made in Austria), and I've
just done my monthly magazine run of 190 copies, and not a single paper
jam. I was even able to print from tray 2 as well.
FYI, the paper I was having lots of trouble with was branded 'Paradis'
from Amazon.

Thanks for that, likely to be looking for something very similar for
work (Dell colour laser printer with duplex facility) and remembered
your comments from before. I think we can get 5 Star Office paper from
our local stationer, which is good news.

Do they both say '40 gsm' on the pack ?

No, they are both 80gsm. I think 40gsm might be a bit too light :-)
