I have tried to use Hogwasher for months now but it crashes each and
every time I try to use it on my 5 month old iMac.
I have it set to only download headers, but half way through ther first
group it crashes.....

I have corrsponded with the Higwahser guy online but no luck.

Nope. The only time Hogwasher crashes for me is if I click the splash screen
when it is starting. That'll crash it every time. In use it's a solid as a
big solid thing.

Agreed.  Solid as a solid thing that's been taking extra solid lessons at Dr
Solid's School Of Solidity :-)

Well I just reinstalled it after erasing it and it's group files... and
it did it again :-(

Any idea where it keeps it's reference files ?

The current version has them in ~/Library/Hogwasher

There are other files in ~/Library/Preferences

Namely:
com.asar.Hogwasher.plist
Hogwasher Preferences
Hogwasher User Dictionary

Make sure you have version 4.3.

Almost. I've had crashes that require a reload of settings. Not Quite as
Stable as a Very Big Thing. IMO.

Yes, but Usable, as opposed to UnUsable. Again, IMO!
