OSX end of life/support dates?

Does Apple publish end of life / end of support dates for the various
versions of OSX and, if so, where?

Never managed to find it.

Empirically they only update latest and additionally only provide
security updates for penultimate.  So currently Leopard updates and
Tiger security.

Anything older is in the bin.

Having said that, things like iTunes tend to be supported back on
unsupported versions of the OS.  And us Tiger users did get Safari
update.

Going to be an issue for me soon as I still have occasional need for
Classic...
