"The penguin did not appear to have been injured by the seal, the
scientists report. " although a seal was later seen with a sign stuck to
its back saying "Club me".

"But this is thought to be the first recorded example of a mammal trying
to have sex with a member of another class of vertebrate, such as a
bird, fish, reptile, or amphibian."

Bollocks. There is a certain bipedal mammal which has been known to
attempt sex with virtually every species bigger than thecosomata, and
plenty of inanimate objects as well.
