I have White 13' Macbook. It's been 1 year for using this laptop.
The keyboard spot where my wrists rest ( the sides right next to the
touch pad) became green !! :(

I think this is oil or something from my wrists..
Does anyone know how to remove this stain ?

I tried many stuff, but nothing didn't work...

Nothing cleans it once it's stained.

Apple have a 'repair extension program' for affected units.

Alternatively, find a new one on ebay.
