USB2 PCMCIA adaptor

Anyone know if this little dogie would work in a PowerBook G4 400MHz?

And if it would work, would it provide the full 480Mbps of USB2?

Good old xlr8yourmac.com seems to suggest it'll work fine:

" I got hold of a cheap USB2.0 PCMCIA card for my Ti 550 [...] The card
