libapreq 1.3 fix

hello all,

Having replaced a powerbook, I've been banging my head against libapreq
again, o joy. I can confirm that in order to install it you need to
apply Stas's patch from last year, as found here:

    http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=apreq-dev&m=105965131008577&w=2

At least, I couldn't get it to work any other way, and I've tried
bloody all of them this morning. With the patch it just works.

This is with 5.8.5 and Apache 1.3.31/mod_perl 1.29.

Yes, and after much wrangling and testing, I finally got them to commit
it. That change is in CVS, and will be in 1.4 if and when it is
released.
