OS 10.3.9, built-in fax function.

An outgoing fax "sticks" in the queue, and the Mac permanently retries
to send it. How can I delete this stuck fax document? I searched, but I
didn't find the spool queue.

Thanks
Stefan

Look for a Printers folder in the Library of your home folder. There
should be a file in there called Internal Modem. Open it to see lists of
Active and Completed jobs. Select the stuck job and click the Delete
button.
