Anyone know where to get replacement foot for a powerbook.  Lost one
off the battery cover and it's simply annoying when using the touchpad
button?  Figure I'll lose more in the future so it'd be nice to stock
up now.  Thanks.

I used to lose them all the time off my PowerBook G3 (Bronze Keyboard).
I ended up just getting a big pack of the stick-on silicone feet at you
local hardware store.  They work great, and stick better than the
originals, even when it gets warm.

I did the same thing for my Lombard. I think one could get a pack of
something like eight feet for a couple of bucks. One of the advantages was
that those replacement feet kept the computer a bit higher off the desktop.

If you want the real thing, you order them at the same place you bought
your Mac. Well, assuming it's a Mac-centric dealership and not something
like Best Buy. :)

You can find assorted goodies at <http://www.radtech.us/>.  They offer a
product called "Pawz" which is a replacement for OEM feet.  They have
numerous other useful items for PowerBooks, iPods, etc.

If you cannot find it there, try www.pbparts.com where TiPB feet go for
$2 per where the PAWZ kit includes 9 feet and one cleaning wipe for
$7.95. The PAWZ feet are a little taller than the originals.

I got a replacement key cap for my keyboard at $5 (plus ~$8 shipping);
better than a whole keyboard. They have all sorts of parts; cooling
fans, case parts, etc.
