First, before all the others jump in, the preferred form is Mac, not
MAC, as that is another computer term, all together different.
The Macintosh system has built in features for people with vision
problems, this feature can be found under System Preferences / System /
Universal Access.

Any way to make it larger. This just blows it up to like 72 point or
something. I have someone semi-blind who needs it like double what the
maximum in universal access zoom will allow. Also, how do you enlarge
the mouse arrow?

System Preferences/Universal Access - Enable Zoom

It may depend on the OS version. I just tried Universal Access Zoom and
at maximum zoom the cursor doesn't fit on the screen

It's also a brand of cosmetics which could add to the confusion with some
clients ;-)

It does work with easel. I'm just trying it on my iBook and am wondering if
by using a larger external monitor would the clarity stay better than it does
with the laptop? I also have a client with this problem and she needs her
text very large and of course this is an important issue...
