Look in /usr/local/bin. There is a folder there with cisco in its name
with an app called uninstallVPN or something similar. (Don't exactly
remember as I got rid of mine). You run it from the terminal.

Paste the following into a terminal window.
sudo /usr/local/bin/vpn_uninstall
And then enter your admin password.
Cisco has released an updated version for Tiger. You can find it in th
cisco download section
