If they blocked your machine in a router or server or gateway, they will spot the new MAC address accessing the prohibited service in the logs. I'm not saying they're brainiacs, but they're not THAT stupid. There's no secret. It's published information, findable via a fairly obvious Google search. You're apparently trying to do something illicit. I'm not willing to actively help with that, "secretly" or otherwise. Especially someone who hasn't apparently tried a few obvious search terms. While changing the MAC address is not a common need, it's entirely supported in the config described by the OP and actually necessary for some legitimate tasks.
