plug an ethernet cable into the Mac and plug other end into Netgear LAN
port.

Configure the Netgear to do the login/authentication to your broadband
account.

Set up PC and Mac to get their IP address via DHCP (Netgear should be
running a DHCP server).  Netgear should be should also be providing NAT
services (sharing ISP assigned IP address with all computers on local
LAN).

Or is your question, where can you get an Airport card?  That would
first depend on whether you need an Original Airport card, or an Airport
Extreme card.  Airport Extreme cards are available from Apple, and other
Apple resellers (and I'm sure eBay).

If you need the original Airport card, then a Google search for "airport
802.11b card" turns up a bunch of matches, plus you should be able to
find them via eBay.

Another option might be a WiFi/Etherent bridge box (access point) where
you can position it close to the Mac and plug the ethernet cable into
the bridge.
