Dear Y'all -

Has anybody got WDS working?  I've got a Airport Extreme hanging off
of my home LAN and two Airport Expresses.  Music works fine, but I
can't get anything (including music) to work if I try to enable the
wireless network extension capabilities via the AirExpresses.

I've got it working. I have a Belkin F5D7230-4 wireless router connected
to the cable modem, and the AE extends the network at the other end of
the house. I had to configure the AE using the AirPort Admin Utility to
get it to work. I figured this was because I was using the Belkin router
rather than an AirPort Extreme base station.

Try turning off encryption and MAC address filtering on your wireless
network and see if that solves your problem.

Once you get WDS working, if you want to use encryption, make sure you
use WEP, not WPA. WDS won't work with WPA.

If you want to use MAC address filtering, set the ABS to grant access to
the ethernet (WAN) MAC address of the AE, even though the AE isn't
connected to the ABS by an ethernet cable.
