Hi Everybody,

This is my system:

OS 9.2.2
B/W G3 running @ 350MHZ
Enough RAM
ATI Rage 128 Graphics card
WamComm Version 1.3.1 (The lastest "stable" version of Mozilla for the
classic Mac platform)

Since Mozilla is not developing for the classic Mac OS anymore, I was
wondering if anyone out there has a similar system to mine and had
ongoing scrolling freezes they resolved via installing another graphics
card besides the ATI Rage 128. Evidently the drivers for the ATI Rage
128 (all of them in my experience) crash when scrolling on the 'Millions
of Colors' setting. Mozilla and ATI have recognized the problem, but
have no good solutions.

Any insights on PCI cards or other helpful insights will be greatly
appreciated! : )

Happy holidaze.

I have a similar system to yours (Catalyst clone with a G3/300, 9.2.2,
256M RAM, WamComm, and a Rage 128), but I've never experienced that
problem. WamComm will occasionally sieze control of the system for
garbage collection (particularly after viewing many image files), but it
will eventually release it.
