How is the world do you turn this option on?

The Page Setup dialog is just Mac OS X's default, with no Mozilla specific options.

In my "print" dialog I get this option when I select "Mozilla" in the pulldown
menu (shows Pages&Copies normally).
btw: using Mozilla 1.5RC2 and OS X.2.8 here.
