? Pen scanner to work with Mac?

Is there a battery-powered, hand-held text scanner for the Mac?

It should be something along the lines of the Windows-only
"QuickLink-Pen Elite" and doesn't need a raft of features, simply the
facility for me to "highlight" text to capture it for later downloading
to the Mac.

There is Iris PEn in the Apple store (it appears to be USB powered).
