I recently bought a MacBook Pro (early 2008), and was wondering if any
other users of these machines are having problems with the Mac Help menu item
from the Finder?

When I invoke this, I get a crash.

I've cleaned caches and done just about everything I know how to
(including testing from a separate account).

  Anyone else having this problem?

Your MacBook Pro is still under warranty, so it can't hurt to contact
Apple for assistance with this problem.
